Fleet Services Motor Pool

The following sites have been designated as Motor Pool locations, Arville, Eastern, Wallace, Key(Northwest), and Student Services Division.  Each site will have a variety of vehicles to use and each site may or may not have the request vehicle. Please submit your vehicle request as early as possible.

Once you get a confirmation email, please see the shop supervisor on the day to get the keys.  For SSD please see Gail Cordova for the vehicle keys.

For over the weekend vehicle checkout, please park the checkout vehicle at your work site/school.

Sedans

 Intermediate sedan - not available at all locations.

SUV

Small/Medium
Not available at all locations.  Please contact specific location for availability.
All SUV's are 2WD and will hold up to 5 passengers. 4WD are limited.

Vans

Minivan
Not available at all locations.  Please contact specific location for availability.
Minivans will hold up to 7 passengers.

Pickups

Compact pickups - not available at all locations - please contact specific location for availability.

Full size pickups – only available at Eastern.

Fuel key

Fleet Services provides fuel keys for all vehicles.  The key are located on the vehicle key ring.

Complaints

Complaints received by the division regarding persons driving a CCSD vehicle will be documented and forwarded to the head of the using department.

Smoking

Drivers are prohibited from smoking in CCSD vehicles.  Drivers smoking in the vehicles may be reported to their department head. 

Vehicle maintenance

Clark County School District vehicles are serviced every 6000 miles.  Contact Eastern office to schedule a service.  Any abnormal tire wear, body damage, fuel, oil or water consumption or other irregularities should be reported as soon as possible to the Eastern office.  All maintenance requests must be authorized in advance by the division
